Peak vs longevity
Every notable career as one dot: horizontal = career GOAT points (longevity), vertical = best three-consecutive-year window (peak). High-and-left careers burned bright and brief; low-and-right accumulated without a towering prime. Larger dots are Slam champions.

Methodology
Peak = a player's best three consecutive calendar years of GOAT points; longevity = career total. GOAT points value every round reached, scaled per tier (Slam title 2000 anchor). "Peak share" is the peak window as a percentage of the career total — higher means a career more concentrated in its prime. Era quality is the average era strength across the peak window's three seasons — i.e., the mean career GOAT points of everyone who held a top-10 ranking in those years — a measure of how much all-time greatness the player peaked against. Recent windows read lower than they eventually will, because active players' careers are still accumulating points.
